1. Introduction
Plutus Labs, Inc. ("Plutus," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy ("Policy").
Plutus builds and publishes skill‑based games and hosts a variety of contests and tournaments. This Policy governs information collected through:
- Prediction Markets – Real World Trade-able Events
- Match‑Making – real‑time pairing of players, with or without leaderboards.
- Real‑Money Tournaments – paid‑entry contests that award cash prizes.
Any application that integrates the Plutus software development kit is called an “App”
By downloading, registering for, or using an App, the Plutus website, or any product that embeds the Plutus API’s (collectively, the “Services”), you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of data as described in this Policy. If you disagree with any part of this Policy, do not use the Services.
2. Age Limits
Plutus: Play Games, Win Rewards is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Child Safety and complying with all CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) regulations required by Google Play.
- Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or participating in any real-money games offered by Plutus: Play Games, Win Rewards.
- Users may play games without KYC; however, KYC verification is mandatory for initiating withdrawals to confirm the user is above 18.
- All users must follow the Terms of Service and provide accurate information during registration and verification.
- If Plutus determines—or receives a credible report—that an account belongs to a user under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted, including all associated user data, in accordance with CSAE and child protection requirements.
- If Plutus is notified or suspects that a user may be underage, we are authorized to require an age verification check. Failure to complete verification will result in account suspension and deletion to uphold CSAE obligations.
- Any attempt by a minor to bypass age restrictions, misrepresent identity, or upload inappropriate or unsafe profile content will result in account removal and may, where required, be reported to relevant child protection authorities.
