At Plutus Labs, Inc. ("Plutus," "we," "our"), we believe real‑money skill‑based gaming should be fun, fair, and conducted in a healthy manner. Although outcomes on our Platform are determined by skill, we recognize that some individuals may experience difficulty managing time or money spent on gaming. This Policy explains the safeguards, tools, and resources we offer—and the steps we take—to promote responsible play and user well‑being.
2. Self‑Exclusion
- How to request. Text us from the phone number linked to your Plutus account or open the in‑App support chat and state that you wish to self‑exclude.
- Length. You choose the exclusion period—e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent. Permanent means the linked phone number can never again access paid features.
- Effect. While excluded you:
- cannot enter real‑money contests;
- cannot view or spend wallet funds (practice play without login remains available).
3. Account Balance Handling
When a self‑exclusion request is confirmed:
- Any available cash balance is refunded promptly—after identity verification—via Venmo, PayPal, ACH, or mailed check.
- Bonus credits with no cash value are forfeited.
Identity verification follows the Plutus Terms of Use KYC process.
4. Support & Educational Resources
- In‑App support agents can discuss limits, provide usage statements, or walk you through self‑exclusion.
