Plutus Labs, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Plutus,” "we," "our," or "us") provide access to the Plutus website (the “Site”), the Plutus mobile application (the “App”), and any other products, services, software, content, or features made available by Plutus (together with the Site and App, the “Platform”).
Certain features of the Platform may be governed by additional guidelines, rules, or terms (“Additional Terms”). Those Additional Terms are incorporated by reference and form part of this Terms of Use agreement (the “Agreement”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and represent that you are at least 18 years old when transacting and otherwise legally competent to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree with every provision of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS (i) A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE, (ii) A CLASS‑ACTION WAIVER, AND (iii) LIMITATIONS ON PLUTUS’ LIABILITY.
THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL TERMS FORM THE FULL LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TRIUMPH AND YOU REGARDING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM (COLLECTIVELY, “AGREEMENT”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM OR ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS. THE AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE REQUIRES (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION) THAT YOU SUBMIT CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST US TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION, AND FURTHER
(1) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST PLUTUS LABS INC ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING, AND (2) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
Your submission of information through the Platform is governed by the Plutus Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). You consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To access most features you must register a Plutus Account. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information, (b) maintain and promptly update such information, and (c) maintain the security of your login credentials. Each person may register and use only one Plutus Account. Attempting to create or operate multiple accounts may result in termination and forfeiture of any balances.
You further represent that:
Plutus: Play Games, Win Rewards is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Child Safety and complying with all CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) regulations required by Google Play.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or participating in any real-money games offered by Plutus: Play Games, Win Rewards.
The platform implements a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm that all users are 18 years or older before they can deposit money, participate in games, or upload any profile content.
